Guy has been an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) since 2001 when he co-founded a private practice with his business partner, Liesl Vause.

Guy is passionate about helping people live their lives in a fun and meaningful way without having to stress about money.

He enjoys the outdoors, loves good food, wine and meeting new and interesting people. He probably reads too much but is inquisitive by nature.

Guy lives a frugal, fun and peaceful life in a most beauiful little town called Hermanus in the Western Cape, with his lovely wife Sonia.

Liesl has been advising and counselling clients since 1998 and soon after completed the Certified Financial Planning qualification. Liesl started the Adroit business with Guy in 2001.

She relates well to people, is empathetic and caring. She loves the outdoors, especially the sea, the beach and the sun. She does a lot of open water swimming, gym, walking and Pilates. Liesl is motivated to see as much of the South African lanscape as possible.

Liesl is married to David and they have a son, Michael in High School, a daughter, Gabi, studying in Mauritius, and two sons, Caylim and Liam, in Perth, Australia.

Nicky's passion is connecting with people and this continued when she joined Adroit in 2011. Nicky thrives on partnering with her clients to develop personalised wealth plans to optimise financial means and ensure peace of mind. Nicky is a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the Financial Planning Institute.

Family, faith and long standing friendships are her cornerstone. She enjoy nothing more than heading to the bush and back to nature to regroup and commune with creatures and creation. Capturing special moments when in nature or with people is a real joy and she is growing in her photography pursuits. Durban North is her home where she lives with her husband, Peter and their 2 sons, Daniel and Matthew.

Pascale joined Adroit in 2014. Initially employed to assist at reception, she was subsequently promoted to provide administrative support to the advisors. Now, Pascale and Liesl work as a team in which she has learnt to pre-empt Liesl's moves, becoming her right hand woman and continuing to grow and manage their book and client relationships.

In her free time, Pascale can be found on the promenade, in the Pilates studio or planning her next European holiday.

Pascale lives in Umhlanaga with her adopted cat, Douglas.

Chantal joined Adroit in 2010 and has learnt her set of skills through being given the opportunity to plan client functions, handle day to day queries and intermediary services.

She enjoys being at the frontline answering the switchboard. Chantal works alongside Guy and Nicky providing invaluable support to the advisors, clients and business.

Chantal  is married and has a beautiful little daughter named Rachel. When she is not working, Chantal can be found spending quality time with her family and loved ones, whether it be over a meal or during times of fellowship.
